ESWe understand that travel plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services booked with Apa Tours Costa Rica.
Free cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Any deposit paid is fully refunded or credited to a future booking.
Late cancellation
- Between 24 and 6 hours before: a 50% charge may apply to cover reserved vehicle and driver.
- Less than 6 hours before or no-show: the full amount may be charged.
Changes to your booking
Date, time or route changes are subject to availability and are handled free of charge whenever possible. Contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations by Apa Tours
If we must cancel for reasons attributable to us, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled service at no extra cost.
Refund method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
