1. Services
We provide private airport transfers, point-to-point transportation and personalized tours in Costa Rica. Prices are quoted per vehicle unless stated otherwise and may vary according to route, season and passenger count.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team by email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond to every request in under 2 hours during business hours.
3. Payments
Payment terms are communicated at confirmation. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout and in our footer. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may also be paid in Costa Rican colones at the applicable exchange rate.
4. Responsibilities of the traveler
- Provide accurate pickup details, flight numbers and passenger counts.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
- Comply with the safety instructions of our drivers.
5. Liability
We operate with insured vehicles and certified drivers. Apa Tours Costa Rica is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, weather, road conditions or third parties beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
